Describe the issue: Rebirth Potions remove Teach/Mentor and Holy/Occult Access but keep things like Flight/Medic.
How to reproduce: Buy or Craft Rebirth Potion. Drink and check if you can rebuy Holy/Occult it will not let you. As well as losing Teach/Mentor
Rather avoid this due to... having to re-ticket for these back which can be extra work/annoying for the staff when more important things are around!

No evidence but will be getting images maybe a gif soon of it occuring? Rebirth potions are rare sorry...

Describe the issue: Berserk can only be used once/outline remains until relog.
How to Reproduce: Activate the buff, deal the 5k dmg and become a glowing red god for a few moments. Realize you can never activate your rage again. It shows up in the /buffs? This may be a cause for it to not be able to re-apply.

Bug: Grapple allows cast while iron body is up if you combo quick enough.
How to do: Grapple -> iron body -> quickly any unarmed spell
Update: This bug may be more related to grapple than iron body itself.

Describe the issue: Attempted to teach someone a Skill and it didnt work using the Teach/Mentor ability.
How to reproduce: Use Teach while targeting the individual in question and you'll be prompted with failure and pain...

Describe the issue: You can't build houses in settlements.
How to reproduce: Try to build a house in Aphros, Delphina and/or Vdalion. I at least can't do it in Aphros even if I am inside the guild.
