Cinderflare AoE is probably the area it should be buffed, not the direct 10 spell damage. The lingering ticks in the area of impact should probably be a lot more painful, so if the enemy re-engages immediately it has some more utility.

PS: Glad people are using the spell, I was a little worried it would die out
