Describe the issue: Quickdraw is not triggering.
How to reproduce: Use Quickdraw, get hit by something that does more than the threshold damage states. (Like Powersmash, or Fatal Strike) and watch it not trigger, but still block the damage.

Looks like this is due to the recent "can't TP while Rooted" change. Quickdraw is a self root so... it prevents the TP and damage lol.

Shimmering Javalin while a blue crystal is active removes the stun, doesn't increase damage, or do anything else.
Pyroclasm has a 3.6 second charge time despite saying it should be 2 seconds in the description, and the changelog saying: Pyoclasm charge timer lowered from 0.5s to 0.1s (Explosion). [this absurd charge time makes it pretty impossible to use as its a short ranged technique.]

Describe the issue: Green crystals heal for 3 SD. Undocumented change ?
How to reproduce:
Before today reboot, I healed for something around 1350 (307 power * 4 SD, +10% from Enhanced Manaflow)
After the reboot I heal now for 1018 (308 power * 3 SD +10% from Enchanced Manaflow)

Changelog from the 10th December 2023, changing green crystals to scale with 4 SD

How to reproduce: Cast Crystal Cocoon. Cast spells once the GCD is up. Profit.
