Observers can get stuck in the private battle arenas, if the battle is cancelled.
Reproduce by:
Start an RPB
Start a private battle.
Have someone come to watch.
Hit /cancel
Laugh as your friend is now in the void.

Tell a fortune doesn't give any faith. If it's intended, then it doesn't make any sense when you need faith as a resource to unlock your spells.
