Describe the issue: "Red hot" treasure detector leads to empty spots?

How to reproduce: I have found a tile where the treasure detector shows "Red hot". I dug it, but nothing was found. I scanned the tiles right around, and it shows "Very hot" so this should be the right tile to dig ?

Altough perhaps an important detail to note : There was a tree on that tile, and when I tried to dig it, It made me hit the tree. To the point then I tried then to cut the tree entirely but still no treasure found.

Red dot is where "red hot" was showing. And the orange dots were "very hot". There was a bunch of trees there.

Edit : Tried to dig in the spot again AFTER cutting the tree : still no luck found, despite the tile being red hot.

Describe the issue: Sometimes, my game just completely stops registering my spacebar key! Most odd thing ever and has happened four times now. The only way to fix it has been by relogging, but it's happening more frequent lately. I could be in the middle of typing an RP or an emote in the white text bar and the game just stops responding to my space bar being used, leading to, well.. no spaces between my texts.
         
How to reproduce: I truly don't know how to fix it! The first time I noticed it was when I was in an ahelp a few days ago and had to relog just so that I could type properly again.
               
Any relevant media: "MywordswouldlooklikethiswhenItypeanRP." compared to the normal, "My words would look like this when I type an RP."


Maybe it's just an issue client-side? I'm not very sure if it's happened to anyone else, though. Just reporting to bring attention to it, however. I did reinstall the game to see if that might fix the issue to debug stuff, but it still happens.

Describe the issue: Replenishment potions don't let you craft or enchant things unless you have the full energy price, even though it should be halved.

How to reproduce: Try to enchant something while at 500-999 energy, and notice how you can't even though it should only cost 500.

Describe the issue:  Changing the faction armor/cloak enchantement to be something else can break the stats.

How to reproduce:

• Buy the faction armor/cloak.
  
• Enchant them with vitality.
  
• Apply the faction boost to the max.
  
• Decide to change the enchantement to power.
  
• Lose every vitality buff tied.
  

Altough it seems like this only happens when you switch the enchantements. Applying a power enchantement directly doesn't seem to remove the stats.

My cloak and armor having their vitality stats removed. They had the exalted vitality glyph, before I switch to exalted power glyph. All vit was removed.

Describe the issue: I'm receiving age nerfs before the time (I heard it was upped to 30 years instead of 20?), and it started at 10% dmg increase now 11% instead of 3% as per the annual increase.

How to reproduce: Live for 20 years.
