Absolutely needs confirming, but:

The weapon issue where trying to unequip weapons with full inventories causing them to reset in a weird way (Losing their creation year, creator, and all modifiers) seems to be being caused by them for SOME UNGODLY REASON pulling the parent type of that weapon from the spawn anything menu.

Do I know where the original version of the weapon is going? No.
Do I know how to reliably replicate this? Beyond filling your inventory and testing it, not really.
Am I certain of this? About 60%, but considering these bugged weapons match the admin spawned versions and cannot have things like their creation year set, it makes sense to me

I can confirm that this happens! I had this happen last night and only noticed the change today. My poor, poor Ultra Prism Blade ;-;

But yes. Trying to unequip a weapon while having a full inventory borks it.

I think it might have already been in bug reports somewhere, but it seems wintermute can be stacked by mana amnesia-ing with it toggled on.

I think the only submitted bug report similar to this is when you could preview and infinitely stack toggle buffs.

Fire aura overrides dash tile increases

To reproduce: Toggle fire aura. Toggle windwalker. Dash. Cry

This is (unfortunately) intended behavior.

Describe the issue: Was asked to report it, but unsure what the bug is exactly. Randomly when I log in an equipped Item from my inventory disappears. There's no log of me dropping them, and as far as I'm aware people can't take items without capping you. The issue seems to be just isolated to me but suppose it's logged now in-case anyone else experiences it. So far I've lost two weapons, and now an Arcanium Amulet.

How to reproduce: I'm not sure how to replicate it as it's not consistent and doesn't occur every-time I relog so it's difficult to note when and how it happens. I'll have to take screen shots before I log out or something.

I tested this and it seems to happen when you have Distort spell.
It look as if both spells are using the same variable that defines if you have the spell or not.
