Describe the issue: You can infinitely pet chickens and cows with no cooldown at the moment and raise their happiness all the way to 100%.

How to reproduce: Clicking on a chicken and cow pets them, and you can spam it.  Even using the menu to pet them, it still has no cooldown.

Not a bug. Nothing in the patch notes say glacier is going down to intermediate.
