Describe the issue: Appreciator quest does not requires you to commend anyone to complete quest.

How to reproduce: Try to complete Appreciator quest without commending anyone.

BUG: Blink is meant to be gcde, but isn't

 I've been confused by the move for a while as, unlike the rest of my gcde moves, it often takes a while for me to be able to use it, especially after an attack. I've tested it and can see that:

It doesn't have gcde when used after another spell

The placement is not gcde

The teleport is not gcde

The teleport is only gcde when used directly after the placement

Describe the issue: It is possible to stack glow outlines by using Demon Step.

How to reproduce: Most easily reproduced by using Caster Style and Demon Step. When Caster Style's buff is about to expire, use Demon Step; the latter's outline will be removed, whilst keeping the former's permanently.

Any relevant media: Multiple outlines stacked together by using the process detailed above.

Describe the issue: Opening up certain additional windows (rp, channel pane, and books so far) with Assassin Shroud active removes ability to move (and cast spells)

How to reproduce: Activate Assassin Shroud, click the button to change channel or open the rp window.

Describe the issue: Relogging while under the effects of Shrinking Potion goes from Honey we shrunk the kids to Ant Man Quantum levels.

How to reproduce: Relog after taking a shrinking pot, become smaller than existence.

Its color is very similar to that of Light, so I never really noticed it. I remember it also scaling with Light earlier? I mean, I built Orphee around it, and I never recall it being Holy.

Describe the issue: Assassin Shroud locks movements if you click on the screen

How to reproduce: Turn on Assassin Shroud. Notice you can still move. Click the screen on accident and watch all movements lock up.

Describe the issue: Fantasia is permanently bugged, and can't gain the +20 power buff anymore.

How to reproduce: Self-healing Fantasia withdrawal permanently makes Fantasia useless. If you remove the effect and drink another, it will still give you no buffs. Otherwise, it works as normal.
