"Six cards, there are, when you do a reading. Always six, always from different parts of the sky, if you have them. Three are acceptable but the reading will be inaccurate. Always use Old Rhoynish charts if you read the language and possess the charts. Some are quite rare but hold stars that are not listed in today's, including the Church's. Especially theirs."

"The Rhoynish people had quite different ideas about the stars and what they did, and had to use crude methods to even detect some of them. However, their charts were remarkably accurate and still are today. Some theorize that previous purges of the older, more 'heretical' charts were responsible for today's less accurate ones. When possible, I will try to include both today's modern name, and the Old Rhoynish variant."




A clearly home-bound set of celestial star charts has been quietly been making its way among the esoteric booksellers, historians, and more odd individuals, distributed from somewhere outside the city. Each one is intricately designed and released once every few years, labeled on the opposite side with thousands of stars, their locations, and a translation from Old Rhoynish. Some particularly notable stars are described in small leaflets distributed with the charts and usually found in combination. Frequently, these cards also comment on how the behavior of these stars influence the Leo constellation.
