With this idea in mind, Alanis has requisitioned allies that she trusts in the traipse down to the very bottom of the Grimmore Manor. Plenty of adventures 

had happened within the Manor’s depths in the past, and the rumor of a painting speaking to people within the library is even mentioned. Yet it’s not 

the library they’re spelunking to.

It’s to the very crypts and vaults of the Manor itself. Many many years ago, Atticus ven Grimmore sealed something away. It 

cost him half of his life span, and Alanis is determined to find out just what was worth that price.
