Rumor has it that around the outskirts of Starfall Academy, there's been a hooded occultist seeking to attack the students; it's unclear of what their motivation is, but it's seemingly evident that they have some sort of vendetta against the Academy.

By the bridge leading to Starfall, there's remnants of occult magic and just recently it had been spotted facing off against two students, the latter of which beat it back and forced it into hiding for the time-being, though this surely isn't the last that anyone has seen of the Phantom.
