Hooded figures begin to appear, ominously stalking the entrance to the Dreadwoods. Upon any encounter, they flee in swathes of shadow and fleeting cloth, their identities concealed entirely.

This persists for days before an announcement is made from the leader of the Eclipse Coven.

"The Twilight Coven has truly lived up to its name. For the longest, they existed in dwindling strength, an echo of the faction that had previously ruled the Dark Arts...
