A series of fliers are posted around the general Ebonblooded area, the Waystone, and the Baleford Bridge.
They all look hand made, each one of varying quality levels.
Some of them aren't even readable, really.
Perhaps whoever was making them was of limited motivation and skill level in graphic design.

The highest-quality fliers read thus, however.



It's an advertisement for an Alchemist's shop! 

On the back are a few notes.

The proprietor is not responsible for any self-injury sustained in the use of her products.
The proprietor is not responsible for any acts of poisoning committed with her products by the consumer.
The proprietor is not liable for any murders committed using the high-quality combat potions sold at the stall.

The proprietor has been singing gibberish, and splashing her product towards passersby.
