Some might say the path to Hel is paved with good intentions. That's not the case for Jeshan.
After the untimely absence of his first sire, presumed dead, it becomes clear to him that more needs to be done to bring his beloved Kingdom of Asphodel and the dwindling Vranovo family line to the place it needs to be in order to see his myriad goals accomplished.
Armed only with the knowledge that his own strength is insufficient and that he is as yet unworthy to take the mantle once held by another, he begins the arduous quest to seek out the artifacts and resources needed to achieve what some say is impossible.
