With the Crown Princess having held audience within the throne room, a reminder and warning both has been issued to the denizens of Osrona. Words that are to be taken quite seriously, especially in light of recent events.

Rumors state that she rejected an alliance offer from the Shadowmire.

It has been brought to my attention that there are citizens and elements within Osrona who entertain deals with monsters, ghouls, and vampires alike. Perhaps it is merely a misunderstanding of our direction, or maybe it is a lapse in faith most severe and grievous in nature.

Whatever it might be, I am making it quite clear to everyone both foreign and domestic- we do not consort with monsters, nor will we give into the whims of those considered depraved and corrupt.

Those who do spit upon the memory of their ancestors, of their forebears, of those who gave their lives, and it will no longer be tolerated.

I will not see my people die in a defensive war which benefits monsters above all else. I will not have my people risk life and limb for those who would otherwise seek naught but our division and subsequent demise. For too long has Osrona entertained nonsense and folly. For too long have our enemies taken advantage of our soft hearts and kindness, our mercy and gentle disposition.

Lions do not bow, they do not falter in the face of overwhelming opposition. It is our prerogative now and forever to stand as paladins against the darkness. The offers made by vampire and monster alike should be met with steel in equal measure, as their words are often drenched in poison.

Do not be tempted by the enemy, remember our purpose, remember what we fight for.

Osrona will never work with monsters.
