A Call into the Vale
#1

Quote:"The Spirit came to us, a spider as our beloved Goddess' sacred animal...

She has found success in the material realm...

And now she calls us to help strengthen the faith?

We must answer."

In 1849 AC, a Teraphim left the Vale, carrying a different faith than that of Myllenoris. In 1857 AC, that same faith was enshrined as part of the Moxtli system of beliefs. Now, a message has been sent back into the sacred forest of the Teraphim, a call to the Children of the Weaver that their ways have found a foothold in the Moxtli Tribes, and it is now their chance to ensure that they remain such.

Many will remain in the Vale, protecting their small community from the threat of other Teraphim that call them heretics. Some, however, are young and adventurous, and see the opportunity laid before them, and cannot turn away. And so they trek through the hidden paths, and those who bear witness to their egress call back with a tale likely to be discarded as mere fiction; Teraphim are returning...

OOC Notes
  • There are three open slots for Teraphim PCs.
  • These Teraphim in particular are worshippers of The Weaver, a Primordial who coaxed their ancestors away from the worship of Aschea. You are expected to be zealous in said faith, but may interpret the listed tenets as you wish; the faith is rather individualistic as an ideology.
  • It is expected that those chosen will act as Moxtli PCs, using that as their settlement.
  • Those selected will - naturally - have an immediate RP circle of - at minimum - Enna and the other selected Teraphim.
  • This is a fun opportunity to build lore for a divergent sect of Teraphim, and given other circumstances a great deal of interesting RP may come as a result!
  • These Teraphim should start between 13-17 years of age, and be at least cooperative to the other Teraphim, at least initially; past that, IC is IC.
  • That this be your main character is preferable, but so long as you can manage it well and remain active, an Alt is fine!
  • Yes, we're basically Drow.
