Dear people of Achyon,

My vision for the city of progress seems beyond my grasp, though I have not given up on you. I sought to see brilliant minds receive the support they need to blossom into marvelous young thinkers, despite what Achyon had gone through. To remedy the drought of our once great city, I have transformed my own home into a place anyone, Achyonite or otherwise, could visit and learn.

Among the shelves are the very books I had read growing up, as well as hundreds of informative, useful, and current books about any subject about which one may find themselves curious. The shelves are stocked with books of both leisure and practice, featuring manuals and tomes containing schematics for artificery and alchemy.

On the premises are cooking stations, crafting anvils, and alchemy tables, all equipped to be used by any in need of them. The library is staffed with a knowledgeable librarian that will happily help you find any books you need, or to show you how to use any of the facilities available.

Medical supplies are also available upstairs, as well as a more advanced alchemical lab, and a bathroom.

My only decree is that this space is a safe haven for those within its walls, and I will not tolerate any form of aggression within the library.

This is a place of thought and debate. If you cannot solve your problems with your words, then you are welcome to act aggressive anyplace outside of the library.

Cold moist wind blew across his salmon-colored hair, as he express surprise. Slitted red and blue eyes gazed around the premise, looking at the state around them, swamps all over the horizon and waters flooding his surroundings, compared to the intact building. A sigh of relief before he held the door of the public library and entered within, fortunately greeted by the same warm atmosphere instead of murky and moist air outside, and still and silence fill the room.

The librarian greets him, and he writes down his name in the guest book, in addition to borrowing it for a lengthy writing.

"I found the library by chance while wandering into Achyon out of curiosity, and bluntly, sense of adventure into the ruined city. Back when I was fifteen years old, when I first entered the premise, the first thing I searched for was the basics on Artificing. The story was simple, really. I found what I've gotten, but afterwards, every once in a while, I come back to this place for other subjects and whenever I'd like to indulge myself."

"Some basic first aid. Some literatures, surprising for someone like me."

"As I'm writing this, I'm currently reading about some magi-tech schematics, as I got curious from the Moon-Tech weapons sold by Moon-Tech Incorporated at Waystone. Haven't read anything advanced, if there's anything, but it's definitely enlightening."
