The Dreadwoods is a silent, eerie place. During the last century, demons ran rampant, using the ever elusive, dark forest as their dwelling. Though now, in the nineteenth century there's been a silence, one long held until very recently. Can they hear the whispers? The hushed cackles? There's a cottage in the Dreadwoods. You shouldn't go there. Subtle traces of occult litter the land. It holds no true value in the long run, no true secrets aside what's inside that quiet, lonesome cottage.
 
The woods are cursed. Those who enter might not leave the same, minds warped in ways unexplainable.
 There's a witch in there, they say. Perhaps even a coven: A gathering of witches who practice in untold, forbidden magics and worship to Hel'heim and the Dark Lord.
 
At least that's how the rumors go.
Travelers should be weary.
Unless they know what they're looking for.

The Dreadwoods. Silent. Eerie. The March of the Damned stands as an exception to it, claiming the life of the Eternal Supreme Jianyu Xi. The nineteenth century began with a silence, followed by hushed whispers and mad cackles culminating into the attempted destruction of the Twilight Coven.

And yet it lives.

The woods are still cursed. Many enter yet few ever leave. Those who do are said to be afflicted by curses and madness alike, their minds warped in manners untold.
There remains a warlock there, rumors say. Perhaps even a coven: A gathering of witches who practice in unexplainable, forbidden magics and worship to Hel'heim and the Dark Lord.

At least that's how the tale goes.

Silence...

After the conquest and subsequent destruction of Twilight Coven, a new one was established, much more innovative... The Eclipse Coven. However, as the years got by, a decade passed. Very little was heard from the coven. The wrath of Witches that had supreme control over one's mind? It was over, so it seemed.

But the peace had to go away, a spire of despair had shot itself across the moonlit sky not a long time ago. And the forests that stayed dormant for a decade... Started to grow back up to it's prime, slowly... But surely.

This was a sign for those who had been deemed outcast, for those who have been deemed hopeless. For scholars. Aspiring to learn arts such as Fleshcrafting, Witchcrafting, and other forbidden arts. 

The ravens fly above the cursed woods, seemingly mutated. With four eyes and sharp talons, clearly. They are the Watchers. One of many within a cursed, dreaded forest like this. A sign of a bad omen, and also the sign of activity within the forest.

Should one have the courage of travelling to the dreadwoods, then they will be rewarded with knowledge, temptations that everyone wants to stop them from dwelling within. Morale is a practice, but when self-rigthousness gets in the way of knowledge, censoring it... It is not so right anymore, is it?
