Paper and letters

With majority of trees being unable to be chopped down now, it is a lot harder to get ahold of paper unless you know where to look. My suggestion is either wood can be bought from the merchant, paper can be bought directly, or letter surcharge of not having a prewritten letter be lowered from 50.

Better idea.
Allow for blank paper to stack, so players can put paper in their shops to sell. Make wood a valuable resource!
