Due to the passing of the Tear to the Apprentince, Hanu Vidrio, Hanu himself had decided to best use the item? There had to be something to balance out it's own power and amplify it's spiritual capabilities. Something with the Plague Lord's power must be acquired for an amulet of spiritual power to have it's potential realized. The Tear of Asena needed a counterpart.
After hearing of Eztli's acquition of the item, Hanu has caught wind of a similar temple in design to the one the Tear was found. .but devoted to the Lord of Entropy.

Or perhaps only an aspect of it.

Also as part of his Shamanistic Training, the Apprentice calls out for any in Moxtli who wish to join him on this journey to inform him! He will be taking up to five other individuals.
