It would appear that the Union of Captain Viktor Delisle, and Ace Morgen, is finally coming - those of Aesirheim are invited, as well as those from Asphodel and the few Viktor had invited personally to come along to the wedding. A time to be festive, something the Delisle isn't that much known for.

Regardless, when the news is announced by the Burley Daily Cylce, it would appear Viktor written a message there to be delievered in the paper.
