Following a roundtable meeting within the Crimson Court, it has been decreed and agreed upon by the Queen, Commander, and Jarl that Vekel is to be considered an outlaw of their respective territories. He is to be captured on sight within Asphodel, Aesirheim, and Achyon, to be brought in chains before Araceli to face the Queen's justice.

Henceforth he shall be known and branded an oathbreaker for his transgressions and breaking of the Crown Law he swore to uphold. Furthermore, the one who captures and brings forth Vekel will be taken under the Queen directly to be considered for Cain's gift of immortality as a reward.
