Synopsis

A Masquerade. . ?

No, a Magnolian Masquerade

Sophia's research on old magics has brought her attention to a small island that was formerly apart of the Kingdom of Esshar during the nation's Golden Age. After the fall of the Petrakis line however the claim on the land was lost and the Republic of Magnolia instead holds dominion over it. More importantly her attention was drawn to a certain member of the Magnolian elite who's island estate is said to rest atop an ancient archive that has yet to be unsealed. Word has it that he planned the night of his wedding to coincide with the day his men estimate that they will finally be able to open the archive and see what lays beyond its locked doors. 

But why do they get to have it?

Surly Sophia and those close to her have quite grander designs for whatever might be within those archives then whatever some Magnolian Aristocrat would. 

So just like that a plan to crash the wedding of a foreign dignitary was made. What could go wrong there?
