The Fel Council

Out of the Ashes of fallen Guilds and Factions, many have come together and birthed the Fel Council Deep within the Darkness of Shadowmire's woods. Dark times could be sensed and they prepared in the background of things. Many new arisen were taking notice of the posters placed around the Mire and found their way to the council. Together they will share in the growth of satisfying their dark desires and learn to embrace them as well as strengthen their Fel Energy. There was special armor made for a guild before them but they were able to deplete the Dead Death Knight Blacksmith of all of his custom Dread Gear for the newly arisen who would join the Fel Council. Dark Times approached but they would be ready. Each rank came with its own gear but it required dedication and results with the dark quests one might receive from The Fel Council.
