We ran into the issue today of none of the artificers were on to make us an anti magic collar. We were discussing of a possible chest filled with them, but it would be hard to access it unless it is tied to a certain person. So suggestion is, city guilds for guards and such can get set up with a warper that only those with the proper guild can enter. That way we could enter it and have a chest where those whose responsibilities it is could store things critical to them.
