A timer for tactician too.

Long time ago, these timers were added to Active stances to know when they would come back in middle of battle, but tactician was left aside, so im asking to nandrew, if is possible please add to tactician too, i know 20 s is a quick cd but sometimes is hard know in middle of battle.

Since the custom stance way of work is that now, people who want the tactician effect will not have the timer, so it benefit all people who also ask it in his custom stance too.

Victory we got it bois, to the 2 people who use tactician now you can see when is back, A small step for changelog, But a huge jump for unarmed story.

"EDIT" i would like to say that the "bug" of pressing the active of the stance,using tactician, in my case Q, still trigger the "stance timer" would like report that too, thank you and a gn.
