Following the gathering of the campers near Waystone, a group of four magi were ambushed by a cloaked assailant.

Despite their best efforts, they were overwhelmed - nearest witnesses reported exceeding and constantly growing Occultic presence, as well as a shadowy figure that the assailant referred to as a 'collective'.

Thankfully, despite being injured, no deaths were noted among the camping magi.

But the message remains clear.

Something terrible is loose out there.
