A Ritual of Blood

The Darkness of the Mire deepens. Within its shadows, the smell of iron in the air, the heady trace of blood amidst a cacophony of chants. A rite of bloody empowerment has begun, bringing artifacts and a trove of blood forward. It is a profane ritual in dedication to their dark God, aimed to appeasing the army of spirits that serves it. It is performed at the dead of night, when the connection to the Dark Mother is at its strongest. They act quickly.

 

Yet in their haste, It is vulnerable.

 

It is during this time that the coterie of Vampires strike; aiming to interrupt the profane ritual and steal the materials for their own use. And so, Adrian Ivanovich leads a small gathering of allies, and infiltrates the location the ritual was rumored to take place. But nothing is ever so easy. It would likely end in a clash between the two forces.

 

And to the winner go the spoils.

 

OOC: This will be a RAID upon the Shadowmire; or more accurately, upon the Cult of Nyx.

Adrian and his cohorts will seek to interrupt the ritual and steal the resources they had gathered.

The Cult will seek to defend their ritual, and if they succeed, they will be capable of robbing the Vampires of their own blood.
