He said he'd write back immediately so I'm heading home to check on him."

Cerise's letters to her father back home in Merton go unanswered for weeks and then months. Out of concern, she naturally seeks
to investigate and figure out if he's alright - and more importantly why he hasn't written back!

However what she isn't aware of, is the secret that not just her father possesses, but what Merton in general holds.
The reason why he encouraged her to leave.
Unfortunately, she's heading back - with friends.
