Sergeant Flathair's Incredible Artificing Deals
#1
[Image: unknown.png]

Quote:Guess who just got turned into a Sergeant!!!! That's right, me, Dernust Flathair himself, the ex-revolutionary Artificer who is pure proof that people can change. But that is not why I am making this announcement, instead? I'm finally making an announcement about my specialization: artificing.

You see, as an artificer I have no real ways of making big amounts of money, different from alchemists, as my weapons are far from being universal, and- well, to be honest? Alchemists help us way more in our day-to-day life. But if you are a warrior, specifically part of Achyon's Hand, that goes around looking for fights, then you are going to need some pretty on-point armament. Whilst our glorious Empire is definitely able to provide that to higher-ranking officials, that is not that true for Corporals and such! As well as normal magi citizens, who - for some reason - haven't joined the Hand yet.

Quote:Now, you might ask: why in the actual Hel would I ask you, instead of an artificer with years of experience, such as the likes of Titus pyr Aertas or even Amelia Locke pyr Aertas? Well, it's simple!

How am I going to get experience, if not by crafting new weapons? By asking me for a custom weapon, you might be downgrading your OWN weapon, sure, but think about it! You are helping our Glorious Empire in the long-run, by giving me experience! And having more artificers is never a bad thing, Hel, I even dare say it's a good thing! Especially because most of us specialize in a specific area, I for example prefer crafting rifles and things like that. I'd excel at it compared to an artificer that does everything!

Quote:Whilst I'm not that experienced, my prices will be 'cheap' compared to other weapon-makers! I'm - unfortunately - the cheap option for now, but just you wait! Prices vary depending on the amount of 'special' materials.

Mythril-based weapons and armour: 5,000 as a starting point;
Arcanium-based weapons and armour: 20.000 as a starting point;
Amulets, rings, et cetera: 3.000 as a starting point.

Quote:Well then, don't worry! I also make weapons for outsiders, as long as they are not in any army, such as the Second Dawn, or directly helping said armies, and don't plan on doing so. And if you ARE from such things? I can still make weapons for you! But are you paying more, based on your ranking.

For Osrona:

Artificers: 2x more
Cadet: 3x more
Knight: 4x more
Lightbearer: 6x more
Radiant: 8x more
Stellus: fuck you

For the Fireblooded:

Artificers: 2x more
Fireling: 3x more
Acolyte: 4x more
Flame Herald: 5x more
Fireblooded: 6x more
Dragonlord: again, fuck you

For Moxtli:

Artificers: 2x more
Warchief: 4x more
Chieftain: 5x more
Voice: there's no fuck you this time, 10x more

Should none of my superiors or even the Commander itself interrupt me and my business, I will continue selling my weapons to the outsiders, with my price being very gentle may I even add! And should you not want to pay more? Then do a good thing for humanity and join our Glorious Empire. We do not discriminate! I used to be an Osronan revolutionary, for example.
