people utilizing special items which enabled them to communicate
instantly, and on demand. Cerise found the records, thankfully
not destroyed despite the years, and the wars.

It intrigues her, so naturally, she goes to hunt down one of these old
fabled 'transceivers'. To learn it's secrets.

To that end she's led to Hessalia, which was where many Petrakis loyalists fled to during
sieging of the Shimmering City. It's there she's hopeful to uncover what she's after.
