A terrorist organization once thought destroyed has been developing a super weapon in secret, one capable of destroying entire cities.   The Reports say that the weapon is a laser beam that harnesses mana and focuses it into a devastating beam that can be aimed through a cannon.

Luck would have it that the train they are using to transport this weapon runs near too the North of the settlement of Achyon, somewhere in the frozen mountains. A small strike force of covert operatives from Achyon's Hand have been assembled too infiltrate the train, remove the terrorist threat and redirect the train toward the Imperial Capital.

Though unconfirmed, it is alleged this train will have a prototype of the focusing crystal, small enough too focus a laser and be fitted into a weapon, a sword even. Also unconfirmed but highly suspected too be accurate is the description of the Terrorist leader, said too have been killed years ago and has recently resurfaced piloting a mech-suit, his body crippled and his mind mad with revenge against the Empire who defeated him.
