"You're a Hayes, boy." the gruff sounding spirits reprimanded the young Kairos. "Time ya' start acting like it." the spirit looked up from under his hand woven straw-hat. It's face was clear for the first time. It was old. A thousand years or more perhaps. It matched the voice that continued. "There lie an Island off Esshar's southern coast. Not but three weeks travel. On it waits a temple devoted to our Lady Asena. There you find your first task. Find Her eye and attune to it. Forge it into a weapon as once had I. Your path starts there boy." and just like that the voice and spirit were gone. A destination was given and a path was set. It was time to follow it.
