Barsburg's Forgotten Factory

Abandoned factories and the Mainland... is there a better place to go find some rare stuff, if not by visiting an abandoned factory of explosives and weaponry, long forgotten by history and Barsburg?

Dernust has just recently heard about one of Barsburg's countless abandoned factories, this one being previously specialized in making and researching explosives, which is exactly what he's looking for, so that he can continue in working on one of his newest projects: a literal rocket launcher that may or may not also shapeshift into a sword. With a crew of up to six, he plans to visit said place and hopefully get some nice things for him and his crew, to better equip the military of the Empire.

Tone: Factories, explosives, magitech! This is Barsburg we're talking about, after all.
Rewards: Dev items based around explosives (as long as it isn't literally based off of explosion magic), something nice for my atendees. 
Risk: Low CoD, but you can go wild with us.
