A few letters have been sent and posted in several locations of the city with the following saying:
"The Vandroy Company is seeking to financially and personally support the campaign of a candidate for the Sudbury Mayor Office. The sponsorship and support however must come with the public promise that the basic sanitary needs of Sudbury will be the first and prime measure to be taken by the next Mayor to take Office.
No more water on the streets, and no more dirt for the people to walk on. Paved roads should be the very basic needs for urban development, and Sudbury lacks such as it currently is. No more! A district should be built from the ground up, and this time, literally.
Under those conditions, any candidate who want to public announce and promise the work on the Sudbury urban planning and sanitary issues, feel free to seek a clerk from the Vandroy Company to meet with the chairman; me, Agrien Vandroy for discussing the details of the sponsorship and support!
An initial donation of 10,000c is intended for the campaign and promotion, with a following donation of another 10,000c by the end of the campaign. A signed term of agreement with the said promises will be required with the Seal of Honor Words from the Magister Office to guarantee the commitment with the people of Sudbury!
