Various flyers are strung up along the Shimmering City.

"A construction within the Church of Celestialism is scheduled to begin within the coming years.  Helping hands from those who might have an affinity for the church and it's teachings, are asked to come forth and aid in it's construction.  High end material's are needed, and are asked to be spared if anyone is in possession of excess.  However, they are not required. Offer your assistance with the knowledge that whatever material's we do not have, must be obtained by other more difficult means.  Serious Inquiries only, please."

There is talk of some sort of enhancement of the Church of Celestialism. A project led by Priestess Valeria ven Pelleaux, said to be something potent and powerful that could potentially strengthen the defenses of both Osrona and it's knights. However this is just rumor, and nothing is solidified fact. 

Whatever is being built - everyone is being extremely vague and secretive about it.
Especially Valeria.

"I've seen the evil, felt it. While others have been troubled over trivial matters, I have been studying. I've seen the pain caused, and have felt that very same pain in my heart as people around me have suffered deeply. As an active member of this church - I will not let this evil stand."

Woah! She doesn't state who or what she's talking about, but....You probably know who you are!
