SITUATION:

The Osronan military force known as the 'Second Dawn,' in addition to the other various organizations within the nation, pose a threat to the advancement of the Empire, and as a result the operative has been dispatched to provide both military and technical support to the forces of Achyon. The operative is urged to establish contact with the Commander immediately, and provide assistance in any way deemed vital to the operations of the city itself. 

MISSION / EXECUTION:

• Task Organization: Per directives given by General Arlea, the operative will be given a supplement in the form of 5000 coins, as well as both a utility kit and standard issue mana rifle to carry out the mission. Any additional items have been provided.
  
• Task Summary: Immediately establish contact with Commander Ryker pyr Docro, and assist the military and government of Achyon in any way deemed vital to its success. Provide quarterly reports back to the Synthetic Task Force and maintain military conduct and code at all times. 
  
• Purpose: Osrona and the surrounding factions have been deemed far too volatile and dangerous to the success of Barsburg's expansion. The operative's purpose is to take steps to reduce these risks, while simultaneously offering support to Achyon itself.
  
• End State: Once the threats are neutralized the operative will be called back to the Empire's capitol, to await further orders and missions.
  
• Method: A straightforward, yet effective approach is advised. Lethal force has been granted, should the operative feel that the mission itself is being compromised. 
  

COMMUNICATIONS:

• What:  The neutralization of enemy factions and those who stand in the way of the advancement of Barsburg.
  
• Who: Osrona. New World Order. Any other factions who pose a threat.
  
• How: The operative will be expected to perform reconnaissance, and gather any information to provided back to Barsburg within their quarterly reports. Through assistance to the military the operative will contribute towards the success of the mission itself.
  

RISKS/CONCERNS: 

The Osronans are passionate zealots who are known to lash out when confronted. Extreme caution is advised when negotiating with and confronting Second Dawn members, or any of those affiliated with Osrona. Furthermore, the Empire has been informed of monster sightings within Esshar, as well as a traitorous organization known as the 'New World Order.' Given the ever temperamental state of the nation, the operative will be required to remain on edge at all times.
