Ladies and Gentlemen...

I have long since pondered of the massive divide between us, the nonmagi majority, succumbing to lives under the magi minority. Surely, there are reservations amongst our many numbers on the unfairness of such representation we've recieved, especially across the land. Though, I'm certain I've brought upon the solution. An -equalizer- of sorts... And it will be the first, of many... many machinations birthed into being. I birth the concept of economy into fruition, no longer scattered and broken amongst the few, but united into an intricate network for all that wish to partake in it, to flourish. I manifest the answer: The bridge between magi and nonmagi alike.

Is it a requirement to battle the very foundation of the land that surrounds us? I'd say no.

Though, something has to change. Surely, it will not start with the government, but it can certainly with society. No longer will the common man look up at the magi and dream of equality, but rather join my efforts stand amongst them as equals. I bring forth, the ladder to climb, not claw one's way up through one's own merit. Though, enough rhetoric... It's time to talk about what you came here for. The answer to the babble...

Bank Note - Accounts; How do they work?

Approach your local teller and open an account. To open an account, you must purchase a banknote from the teller (Cost: 50c), sign it and turn it into a Nomont bank employee. Once turned in, an account will be opened with a starting balance of 0 Nomont dollars. Every 10 coins equate to 1 Nomont Dollar. You can make a deposit with a Nomont employee or through a teller.

To Make A Deposit

Purchase a ‘Bank Note (Teller-Deposit)’ from a teller, put in the teller’s name for reference, and sign at the bottom. Ensure that the Deposit Note is turned in to a Nomont Employee at the first available opportunity. Once accomplished, your account will be credited promptly.

To Make A Withdrawal

Notify a Nomont Employee and officials will get to verifying your identity and verifying your funds. Once the process is complete, ensure that you are valid within your contract with us signed in the Account Bank Note to withdraw at the time. If all parameters are met, you will be paid a requested portion of your funds upon request.

To Make A Wire or Transfer

Inform a Nomont employee directly to initiate the process. Only the initiator of the transfer must be present for the transfer to be accommodated. The individual receiving the wire transfer, if an individual other than the initiator is receiving it, will not be notified by Nomont bank as it is not the bank’s responsibility. Note that all transfers are final once processed and can not be reversed, thus a delay period of roughly over a month is given prior to initiation for validation and security purposes. (1 OOC day)

Bank Note - Loans; How do they work?

Prior to applying for a loan, the individual must first be a customer of Nomont Bank with a minimum balance of no less than 50 Nomont Dollars (500c) in an account NO LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD. Find your local Nomont Bank employee and inform them of what type of loan you need, what its purpose is, and what means of collateral you have to offer as a part of the screening process. Without all three of these, a loan can not be provided to the customer.

If the customer is approved then...

The customer will have their sum provided to them in valid legal tender (coin). A record is initiated starting from that day until the date on which, the loan expires. Tellers will offer bank notes to make payments towards loans remotely. When purchased, simply sign your name and turn it in to your local Nomont Employee.

If the customer defaults on payments then...

The customer’s collateral will immediately be possessed and a bounty for their arrest will be in order. From then onward, they will no longer be afforded Nomont Bank’s services and requested to leave any owned premises of Nomont Bank as well as relinquish any of its properties.

If the customer is denied then...

The customer will be able to re-apply at a later time when:

• They have an account
  
• Their funds are sufficient
  
• Their parameters are valid in accordance with Nomont bank
  

What are the different types of collateral?

• Small-class: Any item that can be held, like a weapon, form of apparel, or material of remarkable value. The wield-ability factors entirely on whether or not it is classified as such, not necessarily the weight or misshapenness. Thus, all forms of magus trinkets and designs fall into this category.
  
  
• Medium-class: Any instance of ambiguous value that isn’t necessarily a physical item per se, but rather a property of minor spatial ownership. A small stall, storefront, or small huts are classified as such category with several small-class items capable of accommodating equivalence in value (per discretion).
  
  
• Large-class: Property of sizable space, such as a large home, warehouse, or barn. Any place capable of storing multiple persons comfortably in large quantities worthy of a small to a medium-sized guild or schoolhouse class.
  

• Giga-class: Unique items crafted of exclusive material of exquisite rarity across the land, which can include but are not limited to: Arcanium-based or equivalence material. Superweapons, items of renown, and other instances explicitly annotated as such will be classified as such.

*Rumor has it that the owner of Nomont bank has been getting rather aggressive with his capitalistic ventures, preying on the housing market with great enthusiasm. Numerous homes have been getting bought up with time, with rent lowered to accommodate lower waged nonmagi across Osronian territories. In reverence to the rumors, yet another home is claimed by their commercial conquest!*

First Accounts Accrue Interest

The first few accounts started with Nomont Bank started accruing interest! Homes across the outer Osronian territories are now home to several Nomont-based residencies where the upfront downpayments have been replaced with a static rent bill. Lowered prices for homes lead to an increase of nonmagi renting out homes, especially with job openings offered for their populations to accommodate accordingly.
*Rumors spread about the unofficial use of unsigned Nomont Bank Notes as credit currency by some, stirring up odd tensions with Osronian authorities. When questioned, Asura Nomont denies any ties nor responsibility for the actions of the aforementioned perpetrators. In other news, the bank seems to be slowing down in its customer dealing in spite of a shortage of material. Word has it that Asura will be announcing a 'quota' for the yet-to-be-initiated Fabrication Company production line.*
