A meandering thing, subtle love. Borne not in greed or temptation, but within the heart of hearts. The question lies not in the who or the how, the when or the why. A consideration, exasperation, a trial of pairs. The breaking of the chains that bind, mutual in action. 

A desperate gambit.

We seek to save those we care for, the emotion behind this, oft considered greed.

Although, it’s perhaps better known as love.

Twila and Rhesus set out together, ailments and elements ignored. What will they learn of one another? Perhaps a fault, perhaps understanding. The methods are all the same, the goal? That’s life itself.

It's the slow regard of silent things.
