"Hear ye, hear ye, citizens of Osrona! I come to you all today with an announcement, as well as an opportunity for anyone who might be interested in improving the overall well being of Osrona. As many of you might have come to see yourself, we have quite the littering problem. Various items being dropped along our cobblestone - and I'm not just talking about trash! Clothes! Now this brings me to my next question...

Who the heck is leaving their clothes in the middle of our marketplace square!
Or anywhere for that matter?????
Hooligans, I say! This must STOP!

In an effort to clean up our city and do right by those who live here, I am squabbling up anyone with similar ideals to create a secret 'Litter Patrol'!
Anyone who is interested in joining, you may find me lingering around Osrona. Usually by the marketplace or the church!
Your part in the patrol will be entirely anonymous, as to make it easier to catch these degenerates in the act!"
