Time could use some small changes.

Currently its 90 RPP for it's basic skills, they are mainly utility moves so it really has 2 attacks. (1 Locked behind Intermediate) Wither is a debuff with 3 spell damage but it's not going to be the dps a heavily invested time magi needs. So I say we bring back the original time move from spires and split its costs between Accelerate or wound reversal lowering them from 15 to 10 RPP so we can have another attack at another 10 RPP only adding 5rpp to our tree for a total of 95 RPP for basic spells..

Now I want to address our speed boost accelerate

Accelerate
Increase your reaction time and speed. 3s movement boost, 10s of +10% AGI.
Spell damage: 0
Mana cost: 10
Cooldown: 30s
Range: 0


The cool down is longer than the following speed boosts below besides formation. But it's also the one with less of a boon for a high cost. Crystal is unmatched in utility, Shadow has a great use and it's a buy in so its cost is great, Wild nature is a racial but it fits why I'm asking for this to be changed.

With 200 Agility Accelerates second ability will give you +20 agi.
With 150; +15. 130; 13.

It doesn't feel worth the reward at all, especially at lower levels. 

%Power is useful.
Crystal is powerful in all areas.
Shadow is a great utility and can benefit at any level.

Accelerate is just.. eh. 10-20 Agi doesn't do much to your stats or game play besides save you a few milliseconds. To make it a bit more interesting or worth the RPP cost i thought of two possible things to enhance its use and make things more fun. With it's current cooldown it's just not sitting right with such low reward for that high of a cooldown.

1) Increase the speed of spells you cast. IE Time beam already travels slow [Despite its name] Using Accelerate could make it x2 the travel speed. When using armed or unarmed moves this could possibly just add +1-2 spell range for those 10 seconds so it feels like "They're attacking me at a blinding speed!" the range fits the scheme because you're like.. no i didn't get hit..! But you did.

2) Possibly change the 10% to be based off of your total agi instead of base, and maybe increase it by 5 for a total of 15% of your total agi. This way you can benefit from whole seconds rather than fractions of one.
