Achyon finds itself in a sudden surge of a chain of events.

A wave of neighborhood noises and machinery began to emit out from the enclosed walls of one Technomancer Guildhall. Despite Achyon's modern and rather envied power grid by the lesser nations, everything came to a brief halt. Machinery within the city limits began to fluctuate; lamps, streetlights, and those running on electricity began to flicker; power went out briefly, drawing a massive amount of concern from the inner Achyonian populace.

Then came power once more.

It returns in triple the amount. A newer, better, power source has been achieved by the Barsburgian city. 

With a successful operation, thus came celebration. The secured gates to the guild house opened, revealing cheering Technomancers in their red robes. They spread the news on ADAM and its return to sentience. It wasn't long before rumors began to spread throughout Esshar; the completion of the superweapon became a fearful rumor among nations thus far:
