So I recently decided to support to server by getting the diamond patron pack, which gives me the option of making a spell, super cool! But unfortunately, I dont really know how to make a spell from scratch. So Im wondering if anyone here, preferably someone who has created a spell before and understands what the staff would allow effect wise. I seek to create a new type of magic, and maybe in the future help pioneer a new magic tree (ambitious I know, but its a fun goal). If anyone is interested, please let me know, with if possible some of your previous work! Obviously ill compensate your time and hard work!

bad news my friend, this does not let you create a spell, it just allows you to get one without apping (and is a bit outdated )

As a man who has purchased a million spell trees / spells?
I can say you may be able to still create a spell, contrary to popular belief? Chance is fairly receptive and willing to put new things into the game, so long as they make sense and can fit onto your character specifically. (f.ex, Lannis and his Cursed Gaze.)
I'd run this question by him specifically, though you'll still need to naturally develop this ability on your character via your journal and so on. Just look at other spells in the game, decide what type you'd like; Wave, Buff, Beam, Aoe, etc.
Designing a spell can be a lot of fun, so don't be discouraged and have someone like Chance help you through the process if you're serious about purchasing one. Just understand your character should probably be established enough / meet any pre-requisites if you're designing a powerful hidden for them.
Though odds are Mim is right, The Patron tier is a bit outdated and additional funds may be required when buying an entirely new addition to the game. (Things like art, coding, etc are all required.)
