A simple poster would be put up in mostly public spaces, easily missed among other poster-boards. 

Two young and spry mages are seeking to learn the ways of the storm: the art of Lightning Magic! Though they do not wish to come empty handed. They are willing to offer free labor for the teacher/mentor in question in return for the skills they learn.
Any who are interested in such a position please pen a letter to the The Kurokaiyo Bar and Grill for 'Axel and Grey'.
