One could find a young girl named Miyuki, dead outside the shrine on Starfall. Her eyes gouged out and her body riddled with small and large incisions alike. Torture marks, and signs of her having fought for her life. The injury that took her life was her neck being snapped. All her clothing and gear remained on her person, an anti-magic collar was around her neck. Deeming she was more than likely a prisoner before her demise. The intent was clear, simply a murder. 

A small pentagram like shape was on her back. Embedded into her skin.
