Unquenchable Rage

Outside of Silverwall mines multiple explosions could be heard.

Civilian reports filtered in across Esshar and one thing was made abundantly clear:

The traitor of Barsburg, Ayla Aertas, was dead.

Killed at the hands of Captain Ryker pyr Docro, it was said in the last few moments of her life, the enraged Docro had snapped his fingers and with every snap a furious inferno wsa unleashed. Explosion after explosion contorted her body until nearly nothing was left. The reason for his rage was unknown.

Eye witness reports cited that a small brunette girl, a student of the Academy, even attempted to fight the Captain off to no avail. Some laud her as a hero, and others denounce her as a fool for her attempt.

Only a few days passed before an official statement would be released by the Captain himself:

"You wanted to betray the Empire? You wanted to sully my family's good name? This is what it gets you. Traitors to Barsburg are removed and handled permanently. Cyril, if you want to turn yourself in you're more than welcome to! I'm sure your family would cherish to have you back. Dead or alive!"
