Synopsis:
With the strange occurrence of the missing fish near the Dragon Scale Restaurant, Blyth has taken the time to see just how many fish were missing. Suffice to say? All of them were missing. No sign of a Bream, Trout, or even Sardine. This had gone on for a good year or more. It was more than just strange, it was downright impossible to see how. Though as the leader of a restaurant, if an area has lost its value, you have to make money somehow. 

So, he's attempting to get a voyage going to find and secure a massive amount of fish for the restaurant and any other treasures he can find along the sea. Maybe this can even spark an idea for a new recipe.
