The world tree.
During Gareth's quest to save his village, a druid suggested that he claim a seed from the world tree and grow it within his disease stricken homeland. Working as a cadet hasn't earned him enough currency to send money and medicine back home, thus, he explores this avenue. As he asks the people of Osrona, and studies about the world tree, an idea comes to mind.
