With the upmost respect for all the leading figures that have shed Blood, Sweat and Tears throughout Esshar, I Ean Fluvial speak to you whether it be a political meet, or a casual passing conversation have sought the need to claim The Shadowed Savanna for use to build. The Settlement 'Oasis' would begin construction after the claim be validated to those whom spoke with me it is to go uncontested should this not be the case it can be settled but this claim will be open for dispute but should it remain open within the coming time of two months it has gone uncontested.
