The specimen N1785 given the moniker N. Deckard is one of many products of morally questionable efforts. Taken from the streets after showing innate talent in magi-tech related subjects, N1785 was brainwashed of his life and through cognitive replacement therapy as well as some magical intervention, a falsified life was created. Specimen was put through a seven year program to create a perfect loyalist, a perfect inventor. Alchemical lobotomization methods caused virtually irreversible stunted growth emotionally, making it much more difficult to experience emotions that may compromise loyalty or efficiency. Easily explained away as sociopathic tendencies. Before dispatching N1785, specimen was put through more psychological recalibration sessions to erase any recollection of why he was sent to Achyon, and any information about the program, save the ingrained instincts and psychological drive obtained from it.

Project Blank Slate is now greenlit. Further observation will be noted in sublogs to monitor the efficiency of the program as well as the specimen.
